Manager, Leadership Development
Responsible for leading, coordinating and executing a comprehensive multi-channel leadership development model for the organization inclusive of in-person, online and agile nudging approaches. As part of the talent team, effectively implement and execute a modern talent and culture model and strategy across all stores. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Design a leadership philosophy and development model focused on expanded the desired organizational mindsets, capabilities and skillsets
- Deliver leadership development training for all people leaders and those applicable to all employees
- Ensure effective diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging practices and approaches are a key component of the leadership philosophy and development model

Key, Preferred Qualifications include, but not limited to:
- Knowledge of modern, innovative leadership training and development models, tools, practices, platforms and approaches
- Capability to effective deliver leadership training to all levels of leadership throughout the organization
- Knowledge of modern learning and education approaches including nudges
- 5+ years of business operational, HR and/or talent management leadership experience beneficial
- Ability to effectively interact and engage with all levels of roles from operational and client facing roles within the stores to senior level executives including store general managers
- A positive approach and team-first mindset where you are a great, collaborative and supportive teammate
- Forward thinking, progressive and dynamic - always focused on continuous improvement and individual and team growth and development
- Being curious, agile and having a desire to embrace new experiences
- Strong communication skills including having a welcoming approach, good listening skills and being empathic
