FNBO seeks a strong financial industry/consumer lending professional to manage strategic marketing plans in UCL personal loan vertical.

Responsible for managing the execution of strategic marketing plans. Manage the day to day marketing, technology, operations and relationship activities, while serving as the key point of contact - internal and external liaison.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for driving the marketing execution to deliver FNBO and Co-Brand partner's goals regarding growth and profitability. Individual will be responsible for working with Account Executives to develop business and marketing strategies, providing subject matter expertise, and day to day support of key strategic Co-Brand partners.

2) Act as the proactive Voice of the Partner in marketing including Acquisitions and Customer Management.

3) Manage the execution of marketing calendars for partners and ensure timely delivery of materials for partner and internal marketing teams.

4) Execute on proper budget dollars management when working with assigned vertical partners.

5) Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge and understanding of the personal loan consumer lending industry and/or issuing/credit card industry (National & Global), card associations and FNBO products/services.

6) Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of brand partner's industry and best practices. Provide insight into how FNBO can help the partner's success in their own industry.

7) Responsible for acting as a customer service escalation point and participate in weekly partner calls as assigned. Be proactive in analyzing and coordinating the resolution of client product and service issues. Identify alternative solutions to issues and develop client specific recommendations that improve efficiency and/or generate revenue. Develop new marketing or system specifications to improve the future effectiveness of business operations.

8) Conduct performance, trend and financial analysis on brand partner portfolios. Provide partners with strategic insights and recommendations based on the analysis. Work with marketing to design marketing programs that will improve performance and profitability.

9) Work cross departmentally to ensure contract obligations are appropriately fulfilled.

10) Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 3-5 years of product management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • General understanding of marketing processes and procedures used within Consumer Banking Group
  • Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Abilities with working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products
  • Strong interpersonal communication with ability to work with various levels of management
  • Self-motivated team player with vision and initiatives with a ability to work independently
  • Some Travel Requirements (10% travel is likely)
  • Demonstrated effective planning, organization, detail oriented and time management skills, and the ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines.

Strong preference for financial industry and consumer lending background. Digital marketing, customer experience, and profit and loss experience also preferred.

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $68,471.00-$109,767.00

IMPORTANT - This range is for the primary posting location of: Omaha - FN Tower

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
