Shift:

  • Full time, 40 hours/ Benefits eligible
  • First Shift: Monday- Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
  • Location: Clarkson Family Medicine: 13th and Leavenworth - occasional float to main campus.

Job Duties

Ensure overall quality education regarding psychosocial/behavioral science considerations and issues for Family Practice residents and medical students and in so doing meet the requirements of the Resident Review Committee (RRC) for Family Practice. Ensure psychosocial issues are being appropriately addressed as residents and medical students provide medical care to their patients. Ensure that the policy guidelines of Nebraska Medicine, JCAHO, and OSHA are followed.


Required Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related Behavior Science discipline required.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • * Minimum of two years clinical experience in the private practice of clinical psychology or related clinical field preferred.
  • Experience teaching or working with family medicine physicians or medical residents preferred.
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology preferred.
