Affiliate Relations Director - Job Description

The Affiliate Relations Director will be responsible for all oversight of affiliate partnership activities. The role is responsible for development of strategic sourcing strategies, effectively building, and maintaining

affiliate relationships. The Director will take the initiative in assuring affiliate satisfaction via process improvement plans, efficient reporting, flow of information and monitoring the affiliate service level agreements against contract terms. The Director will support the core values of the company while ensuring we are supporting our DV of Quality. This is a Management Level exempt position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Direct, develop, and gain approval for program oversight for affiliates
  • Manage panel activity in support of MSP Account Managers
  • Manage new affiliate requests, contracts, RFI's
  • Oversea the review and negotiation of all affiliate agreements
  • Leverage agreements, and consolidates multiple agreements to improve pricing and increase efficiencies
  • Serves as liaison between affiliates and the Business Services Unit (i.e. legal, accounting, and finance)
  • Drives ongoing process improvement to deliver increasing operational efficiency in all business partner processes
  • Determine metrics, strategies, and staffing requirements to complete goals as determined by management and the executive team
  • Complete "Welcome calls" to engage and maintain affiliates within the panel. Report completion of calls as well as information received
  • Study, analyze, and report on affiliate performance methods relative to service and innovation. Proactively report trends and concerns of affiliate
  • Resolve affiliate complaints and concerns by investigating problems, developing solutions and managing through to resolution
  • Present opportunities to celebrate achievements and "good news"
  • Educate affiliates regarding new developments and service offerings
  • Provide tailored responses that match the clients' expectations and demonstrate a sense of urgency for their requests
  • Ability to build strong rapport by utilizing interpersonal skills, asking well-defined questions, and anticipating affiliate needs
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with affiliates

Job Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' staffing industry experience preferably in affiliate programs
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or relevant program
  • Experience in vendor pricing methods
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in excel to track data and identify trends
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office, including strong skills in Outlook and Word
  • Excellent internet research skills
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Close attention to detail
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple distractions
  • Ability to stay on task with minimal direction
  • Ability to handle large workload while maintaining high level of quality of work
  • Strong understanding of process within MSP
  • Ability to review and analyze affiliates performance
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to make decisions at times with limited information
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor

Preferences:

  • Staffing Industry experience
  • Travel Nursing experience
  • Medical field or terminology background
