This is an exciting opportunity for an Human Resources professional to make a BIG impact. This position has leadership responsibility for five HR Business Partners that are local to the territory they support and will provide guidance and counsel for all people related operations, processes, systems, and support for each of the agency locations they serve. This role reports to the VP of HR operations and will have a strong partnership with the local operations teams. It is a highly visible role that supports the overall HR operations of Mosaic's agency locations in the state of Nebraska and our National Office. The position may reside in the state of Nebraska although Omaha or Lincoln is highly preferred.

The positions responsibility include:

* Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, coaching and developing Human Resource Business Partners to achieve desired results and maximize employee engagement.
* Partner with leadership and Center of Excellence to help align HR strategy with business strategy.
* Provide expertise in the following areas: performance management, coaching, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.
* Stay abreast of challenges and progress for assigned agencies. Initiate course corrections and drive change as necessary.
* Coach leaders at all levels to strengthen leadership capability and effectiveness.
* Champion our culture and values, partnering with leaders to build and retain mission driven, value focused teams.
* Advise on decisions impacting employment-related liability and human resources policy, including terminations, investigations, appeals and policy interpretation.
* Direct or conduct national level investigations. Direct and/or provide consultation on human resource related investigations and management recommendations. Conduct other investigations as needed.
* Use data strategically. Identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organizational health, and understand when data will assist in making smart, informed decisions.
* Ensure compliance will applicable local, state and federal employment law.

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
* Minimum of ten years of experience in human resources
* Must have an HR accredited professional certification
