Email Design Specialist

Job description

The responsibilities for this Email Designer position include designing regular, seasonal, promotional, and automated emails as necessary. The Email Designer will also organize and coordinate all digital resources and assets required for email marketing campaigns.

The Email Designer will be working with other designers, developers, and copywriters to reach email campaign objectives. They will also collaborate with members of other departments, such as sales and support, as necessary. This role has added emphasis on organizational skills and creative ability.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching email layouts that lead to higher levels of engagement and increased click-through rates, as well as sales growth where possible
• Be responsible in part for the extension of the companys brand identity
• Research up-to-date and emerging technologies and developments in the design field and implement them when appropriate
• Build email design templates, create, and edit photo files, and help with intermittent presentations pertaining to the design team

Requirements

• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Curiosity and drive to learn the latest in user experience design needed to create excellent experiences for our users.
• Adaptable to changing situations that are unavoidably a part of the SaaS marketing environment
• Meticulous attention to detail, style, and brand integrity.
• Strong creativity with the ability to understand how Buildertrends products relate to achieving our customers business objectives!
• Hands-on, get-it-done demeanor with excellent time management skills and accountability for all projects
• Positive attitude, collaborative, energetic, and optimistic!
• Graphic design degree preferred, experience in designing within the bounds of Marketing Automation platforms like Marketing Cloud, Pardot, etc.
