About The Role

Are you data driven and numbers focused? Are you passionate about accounting, financial strategy or business administration? This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a GROWING organization with a high impact team! You will have the ability to monitor various business functions of Mosaic agencies. You will be thinking and acting strategically while monitoring financials an benefits of persons served, agency revenue, expenses, systems and practices.

As a leader, you will coach, develop and training your team members to grow in building relationships with each person, family member, guardian and co-worker they communicate with each and every day. As a good financial steward of resources this position will prepare, analyze and report on the financial status of agencies providing recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements:

* Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
* CPA or a Master's Degree preferred but not required.
* Minimum of five years of work experience in financial management and accounting.
* Expert experience with Excel is a must
