The Role:

In addition to planning, organizing, and conducting activities associated with increasing consumer financing and product penetration, responsibilities of the Finance Manager include:

* Achieving Performance Standards of the Department.
* Offers vehicle financing and insurance to customers and provides a thorough explanation of extended warranties.
* Process and complete each deal accurately and completely in accordance with guidelines.
* Ensure ethical and compliant business practices within the Business Office.
* Assist in the timeliness, accuracy, and communication with regard to all required reporting.
* Provides Best in Class customer service throughout the process to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

What you bring to the table:

* The ability to read and comprehend information, and perform complex calculations.
* Be knowledgeable of basic accounting and reconciling processes.
* Be meticulously detailed in all duties.
* The ability to access, input, and, retrieve information from a computer.
* The ability to effectively communicate with staff and customers, both in written and verbal situations.
* The ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
* Be self-organized.
* The ability to meet deadlines.
* Typing speed of 40WPM with accuracy.
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Be flexible and goal-oriented.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
