Essential job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Operates, monitors, and adjusts patty forming and stuffing equipment to ensure quality of product and conformance to specifications.
  • Batches product according to established formulation, weighs raw material for use in batches, and makes corrections in batch formulation as needed based on test results.
  • Weighs, packs and labels boxes, records information and provides assistance to the department supervisor. Takes product samples for testing.
  • Performs miscellaneous duties such as cleanup of work area and package preparation.
  • Meets expectations for attendance and punctuality.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 6 months experience of assembly line work and use of production machines.
  • Ability to maintain mental awareness while performing duties of a repetitive nature.
  • Mathematical ability to deal with product weights and counts.

Days and Hours:

  • Full-time Days. Work 40 hours per week. Schedules start at 6:30am and end at 3:00pm. Hours are based on business needs.
