About The Role

Do you have experience with troubleshooting IT issues and have the ability to provide awesome customer service? If so, Mosaic has an awesome opportunity just for you! In the position, you will provide first level support to IT helpline tickets. You will record and manage tickets within the ticketing system. In addition to processing user account requests and assist with creating and maintaining job aides.

* High School Diploma required.
* Minimum of two years technical support experience required.
