Qualifications
- Must be a very warm, capable well-organized individual who can provide a concierge experience for our clients.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to manage a lot of client communications.
- Well organized with solid follow-up skills to ensure requests are executed.
- Solid problem solver with a strong desire to continually improve and streamline operations.
- Skilled with MS Office Suite and social media.
- Tech-savvy individual that can manage our internal programs.
Serving Clients
- You'll serve as a key touchpoint by greeting clients, answering phones, and managing the inbox for the team's main email.
- Much of your day will involve interacting with clients to address questions, process their requests, gather/submit forms to execute client investment transactions and process insurance paperwork.
- Work closely and effectively with the EVP to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately to keep things on schedule, reschedule/adjust as needed, help make his life easier and adding value to the practice.
- Assist with planning client events, social media, marketing, and working with compliance department to ensure all material is approved before distributing to clients/prospects.
