The details of what you'll handle:

  • The Office Associate will perform various routine clerical duties including:
  • Receives incoming phone calls, determine nature of call, direct calls and takes messages.
  • Open mail, scan in Epic and Image Right.
  • Operate various types of printing machines. Review request to understand scope and parameters of jobs
  • Prepare outgoing Fed Ex and accepts deliveries and logs accordingly.
  • Greet and direct Clients at the Front Desk
  • Assists Office Services Team and Human Resources with special projects and administrative tasks.

If you're the right person for this opportunity, you will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One to three years office experience, providing administrative support.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform administrative functions including checking work for accuracy.
  • Ability to perform clerical duties including answering phone, dictation, filing, proofreading, phone system, ten-key and typing.
  • Ability to perform basic computing tasks including data entry and word processing.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and dependability.
  • Ability to operate scanners, fax machine and copy machine.
  • Ability to operate phones and intercom system.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
