Sales Assistant

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assisting in the execution of large promotional campaigns
  • Developing and executing marketing strategies for customer promotions
  • Assisting with email and mailings
    • Helping create email layout
    • Querying ACT for contact list
    • Updating ACT after email with unsubs/bounces
  • Assisting with SEO/SEM projects - finding right backend keywords for website products
  • Performing audits to ensure output of high data quality
  • Run weekly clean-up queries to ensure ACT data is up to date
  • Help identify contacts from ACT for the InExS sales project
  • Identifying new leads and building customer profiles for existing leads
  • Research and bulk import into ACT new contacts from sales and conference lists

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Communicate well both written and orally
  • Problem solver that works creatively and on time
  • Soft skills including an analytical mind, high attention to detail, positive attitude, patience, determination, curiosity, and flexibility
  • Previous experience working with customer databases is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
