Description:
Due to increased workload and launching a new telematics platform, TEKsystems' client is looking to expand their Tier 1 Service Desk team. This is a contract with the opportunity to convert to full time. This is Windows Break/Fix PC and application support. There will also be a fair amount of training due to the amount of proprietary applications they utilize. Top technical skills include:
1. Windows PC Break/Fix Intake Calls & troubleshooting (Dell Laptops)
2. Active Directory - Password Resets
3. Basic Application Support & Customer Service

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Customer Service is #1!
Shift work: Tuesday - Saturday 2pm-10pm
First 2 weeks of training will be onsite Mon-Fri 8-5 then can work shift remote
