Summary: The Treasury Manager will be part of the corporate finance organization of the company, reporting to the VP and Treasurer, with responsibility for cash and liquidity management, cash and working capital forecasting and reporting, and bank relationship management. This position will interact with various internal and external stakeholder groups across a variety of business segments and functions, and will work with each to resolve issues, capture opportunity and drive value-added change.

Responsibilities:

* Effectively support and coordinate cash management, forecasting and liquidity planning activities with various internal and external stakeholders
* Lead and develop the team that manages daily cash functions, including day to day operational liquidity planning, monitoring and execution
* Maintain cash and working capital forecasts
* Prepare financial models to support potential financing or cash management activity including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow projections
* Lead transformational initiatives to evolve our treasury infrastructure and to automate or streamline processes by collaborating with internal and external partners
* Coordinate onboarding and integration of acquired companies
* Support banking operations and ensure best practices are in place and in compliance with the company's internal financial controls
* Develop and implement strategies and controls to maximize efficiencies and cost savings while safeguarding company assets
* Support month end accounting activity related to treasury
* Provide analysis and presentations for executive management to support various company initiatives and strategies
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
* Minimum five years combined experience in treasury, cash management, banking or corporate finance
* Experience building cash forecasting and liquidity management models
* Advanced analytical, mathematical and spreadsheet financial modeling skills
* Experience with treasury systems, payments, and bank software
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy and deadlines
* Experience in working with financial institutions, clients and vendors
* Knowledge of GAAP treatment of cash and capital market instruments
* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to foster teamwork - work cooperatively and effectively with others to resolve problems and make effective decisions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Desired Qualifications:

* MBA, CTP or CFA
* Two years of management experience
* Banking, capital markets, energy industry or commodity experience
