Position: Account Manager


Job Brief

Prime Trust is seeking an Account Manager, a high impact position combining equal parts sales, relationship management and customer satisfaction. This role requires exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills are extremely important. The ideal candidate brings a proven record of success where they have helped drive customer adoption, had responsibility for revenue retention and demonstrated an ability to drive growth in their assigned accounts. This person will work best in a dynamic, fast paced, technology-driven environment.


Principal Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers by consistent engagement and developing a deep understanding of their business needs.
  • Manage overall customer loyalty, serving as internal advocate and escalation point to customers
  • Effectively renew all assigned accounts with favorable terms and conditions
  • Expand the Prime Trust solution by presenting, recommending, and upselling new products, services and solutions.
  • Process sales quotes and orders
  • Maintain current and accurate account information, as well as leads and follow-ups for assigned clients in CRM database
  • Provide accurate, timely reports, and forecasts, as needed, for management
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Prime Trust products and services
  • Work on multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities


Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, consultative sales and /or business consulting, preferably within a B2B SaaS model
  • Industry knowledge is preferred or the ability to quickly develop a deep knowledge base in the crypto, banking and trading systems space
  • Strong relationship building skills along with written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • A track record of influencing internal and external stakeholders through competing priorities, dependencies and tradeoffs
  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding individual sales targets and quotas
  • Strong computer skills, including experience using sales force automation tools (preferably Salesforce.com).
  • Values and demonstrates professionalism, self-motivation, and sense of urgency
  • High degree of initiative and ability to meet expectations with limited direction and oversight


Education

  • BS/BA degree required
  • Equivalent Account Management experience will be considered


Working Conditions

This job is available for either remote or in office work. Culture is energetic, interactive, and growth oriented, far more of a fin tech environment than a traditional financial institution
