Our Client is looking for a Contract Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success for hourly positions. This will be achieved through the development of local recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Contract Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

On-site: Franklin NH
$25 to $30 pay

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Efficiently and effectively, fill high volume manufacturing positions.
• Utilize the Internet for recruitment (LinkedIn, Indeed, and Zip Recruiter)
• Post positions to appropriate Internet sources
• Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
• Conduct prescreening interviews.
• Set up phone and in person Interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in Workday.
• Prepare and initiate offer of employment.
• Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
• Assist HR in setting up candidate orientations.
• Perform other special projects as assigned.

• High School Diploma, Degree preferred; experience in recruiting manufacturing environment in lieu of degree considered.

• Recruiting in manufacturing environment.
• Knows fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of recruiting hourly positions.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft products, including Outlook and Excel.
• Experience in a deadline driven environment.
