Great Opportunity for a Human Resource Assistant in Keene, NH

Large food/beverage company in Keene, NH is in need of a Human Resource Assistant. The primary duties of this role is to manage case-loads for incoming emails.

Your Typical Day:

  • Field calls for COVID Assessments and return to work assessments
  • Tracking of COVID calls and incidents in ServiceNow
  • Manage case load of incoming emails regarding COVID related concerns

Requirements:

  • Be organized and pay attention to detail
  • Have excellent customer service experience
  • Have experience with technology (candidate will utilize multiple software systems)

Additional Information:

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
  • Pay Rate: $21.00 per hr.
  • This is a TEMP-HIRE position.
