Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in recruiting/sourcing in either a corporate and agency environment Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations; general knowledge of all human resource-related functions preferred. Relevant health care experience a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, HRIS systems, on-line recruitment tools.
