Searching for an experienced veterinary receptionist (customer service representative or CSR) who wants to feel valued for the work they do and make a difference in peoples' lives and their pets. Salary up to $25/hr based on years of experience, education and veterinary hospital background.
We are a fun-loving, busy, well-oiled machine, super organized, peaceful, small animal and exotic practice seeking a customer service representative. We are a privately, woman-owned, AAHA accredited, family business with three locations across southern NH.
Working hours fall between M-F, 7a-7p. NO WEEKENDS!

Qualifications required:
- Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent required and be 18 years of age.
- Minimum 2 years experience working as a customer service representative.
- A Multitasking Marvel
- Must be able to stay calm and decisive in stressful situations
- Demonstrates excellent client communication skills.
- Resilience after disappointment or constructive feedback
- Excellent reading/comprehension/legible writing skills
- Ability to negotiate with difficult people
- Typing skills that are pretty awesome
- Ability to adapt to change
Ideal candidates will have:
- College education
- Veterinary Hospital experience, AAHA accredited a plus
- Avimark Experience

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
