Summary:

Vicasso, formerly known as Internet Creations, is excited to share this new opportunity with our Professional Services team! This consulting role leverages your knowledge of the Salesforce Platform to empower our clients by understanding their business pressures and needs and translating them into actionable Salesforce solutions. You individual will leverage your business and industry expertise to design and document effective and scalable solutions, while maintaining billability targets.

The role requirements in bullet format:
  • Perform discovery for and design more complex deliverables which require a broader understanding of the business and current landscape (broader business knowledge of functional areas and deeper understanding of a specific industry is expected)
  • Meet with clients to gather requirements and draft design.
  • Vet design and draft Level of Effort (LOEs) with senior colleagues.
  • Perform effective time management to hit billability numbers as defined by managers (75%)
  • Actively pursue and acquire industry-specific Partner Certifications based on Vicasso's areas of focus

Success Criteria/Requirements:

  • Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Administrator and 2 of (Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant) and Platform App Builder
  • Administering and building out solutions on the Sales, Service and Experience Clouds to support evolving business processes.
  • Broad business knowledge of functional areas and deep understanding of a specific industry (at least one)
  • Able to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences for everyday communications and driving discoveries
  • Takes initiatives for professional development
  • Able to adjust language (both written and verbal) to accommodate differing audiences and differing levels of technical understanding
  • Able to recognize and navigate risks
  • Solid understanding of core Salesforce functionality and how it can be applied to fit business needs
  • Able to organize information effectively for documentation and knowledge transfer
  • Responds quickly and effectively to changing trends; embraces change and welcomes fresh perspectives; learns from past mistakes and adjusts accordingly.
  • Detail oriented; strong problem-solving skills and general creativity.
  • Ability to embrace process and best practices
  • Able to recognize one's own limitations
