POSITION TITLE: SUPERVISOR, TALENT OPERATIONS
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Supervisor, Talent Operations will provide direct coaching and 'just in time' feedback to recruiting operations team members, function as a central point for escalations, and manage special requests from key business partners.
Expertise will include solid knowledge of recruiting operations, roles and responsibilities, key points of contacts internal and external to recruiting and interdependencies of recruiting systems. In addition, this role will serve as a point of contact complex inquiries on a variety of recruiting issues including trend analysis, policy interpretation, form submittal, etc. The Supervisor works with potential applicants, candidates and recruiters to support BAYADA Home Health Care's recruiting efforts and operations.
SUPERVISED BY: MANAGER, TALENT OPERATIONS AND DIGITAL EXPERIENCE
Although remote, the ideal candidate will live within a 100 mile commutable distance to our Global Support Center, located in Pennsauken, NJ.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and execute process improvements and project management.
- Act as a subject-matter expert to support the organization's global hiring needs and play a key role in supporting the organization's overall talent acquisition DE&I priorities.
- Responsible for providing direct Tier II and Tier III level support for BAYADA recruiting processes and systems which includes managing E-Verify compliance, Background checks compliance, troubleshooting technical issues in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and monitor the hiring cycle with the aim to move candidates quickly through post offer processes.
- Support BAYADA's Talent Scout referral program by quickly connecting with referred talent and partnering them with an available opportunity.
- Maintenance of BAYADA's recruiting resources and process documentation to support an optimal candidate experience.
- Build sustainable relationships with business partners to proactively anticipate business needs and provide solutions and guidance for resolutions.
- Support the transformation of department processes and help peers adapt to the change.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Autonomously make decisions based off data and information.
- Proactively monitor the work queues and develop a plan of action.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition Strategy & Innovation in the development of department procedures, policies, and programs.
- Lead projects to improve operational efficiency, employee engagement, quality improvement and risk management.
- Represent the department and/or leadership in other events.
- Quality auditing of work through tracking results, trend analysis, and delivering feedback to peers.
- Leveraged to support the testing of HR system upgrades and/or new functionality to validate usability and configuration accuracy.
- Provide subject matter expertise regarding recruiting systems and processes.
- Manage many competing priorities in a timely manner.
- Respond to questions and inquiries from employees, managers, or delegates on procedures and practices via multiple channels (e.g., e-mail or phone).
- Demonstrate knowledge and application of employment law, federal, state and regulatory compliance related to I-9, records retention, leave administration, OFFCP and BAYADA policies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way : compassion, excellence and reliability.
- Four (4) year college degree; preferably in an HR related field or equivalent years of work experience.
- 3+ years experience working in Human Resources, generalist experience preferred.
- Possess a high level of accountability, ownership and desire to deliver.
- Acceptable pre-employment assessment results.
- Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
