Role: Test Lead

Cognizant is looking for a Test Lead in developing customized product for our clients. The role is expected to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/best practices to enhance our current services and technologies.

An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, collaborative environment. Someone that values the "team" and leverages the opinions and expertise of their teammates to deliver quality.

You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Key Qualifications:

Test lead in Safety systems ( Validation knowledge is must)
Argus knowledge preferred
Any Pharmacovigilance and process (safety system) knowledge is needed, with atleast 2+ years of experience testing PV applications like Argus.
HP ALM experience is required ( Requirements to defect tracking)
Hands-on experience of creating test strategy, test plan and scenarios, test scripts for UT/SIT/UAT.
Good understanding of life science, especially in R&D.
Basic understanding of Argus console and case data preparation using the Argus UI.
