Job description

As Marketing Communications Manager at Solar Landscape, you'll be a critical part of fighting climate change by promoting the clean energy economy and solar power.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the way Solar Landscape and solar energy are perceived by key audiences in New Jersey and nationally. You will drive brand awareness by being involved in all stages of the marketing and communications process from concept to message development to result oriented evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing and communications strategies in partnership with business leads to advance business objectives.
• Coordinate the production of promotional materials including press releases, media kits, and presentations.
• Use social media, video and web platforms to tell our story in creative and inspiring ways that resonate with audiences.
• Manage website content and design to ensure delivery of clear and creative messages.
• Coordinate strategic efforts between vendors, partners and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications
• 5+ years' of experience in communications operations
• Experience posting and formatting content using a content management system (CMS)
• Experience in project and budget management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work from Asbury Park four days/week
