Job description

Overview:
We are one of the most globally recognized companies specializing in the casino, hospitality and restaurant industries. We have recently created an online gaming division to leverage our brand reach and considerable resources to extend our presence into the interactive space. We are looking for a well-rounded individual with experience in the online/mobile casino industry to serve as our iGaming Compliance Analyst. This role will report to the Internet Gaming Manager (IGM) and will be responsible for providing professional, accurate and timely assistance for all matters related to the compliance objectives of our online gaming partners. This will be an integral role for not only the pre-launch of their websites, but in overseeing the compliance efforts of normal day to day operations post launch.

Responsibilities:
Subject matter expert on all online gaming regulations prescribed by the NJ DGE

Daily status reporting as it relates to compliance for our online gaming partners

Execute best business practices per company guidelines

Manage risk and prepare potential SAR and/or fraud cases for senior management review

Act as project manager for online gaming partners and the DGE as it relates to pre-opening checklists

Maintain up to date knowledge on compliance related trends

Consult with online gaming partners on best practices for the development and maintenance of standard compliance operating procedures

Basic accounting exercises to expose any inconsistencies with required reporting

Preparation and submission of applicable release notes, incident reports, etc.

Qualifications:
College degree required

Must be a legal resident of the United States and available to work at our New Jersey office

Must hold or be able to obtain a Casino Employee Registration from the NJ DGE

Demonstrable compliance professional experience (2-5 years preferred)

Proficient working knowledge of MS Office applications

Advanced knowledge of online and/or brick and mortar casino and/or sports betting not required, but certainly a plusSuccessful candidates will be:

Self-starter who is comfortable working independently

Capable of working efficiently in a high volume work environment

Knowledgeable in online gaming products and how customers interact with those products

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Driven to develop and create/follow a career path within the company

Works with a sense of urgency
