Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Human Resources Intern for the Summer 2022. This full time position works for approximately 37.5 hours per week. They will be accountable for a key project in to support the achievement of the People Strategy and meeting our 2025 vision. The precise project will be defined in discussion with the successful candidate to ensure it is something you are passionate about, provides a compelling learning experience and enables you to gain hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:
The project could be in any one of our key functions, such as HR business partners, talent management, talent acquisition, performance management, Inclusion and Diversity, Solution Delivery (systems, analytics and our employee facing workplace solutions team). The project will enable you to make a meaningful difference to Daiichi Sankyo and you will give a capstone presentation to the HR Leadership Team at the end of your internship to share your experience, achievements and learnings. Successful candidates will be able to meet the qualifications below with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Education/Experience:
Qualified candidates must currently be enrolled in an accredited graduate program with a concentration in Human Resources or related field. Prior experience in a corporate business environment is preferred; experience in a Human Resources Department a plus.
