Job description
The long-term Contract Senior Recruiter role is an integral part of our Talent Acquisition Team. This would be an excellent opportunity for an agency recruiter who wants to transition to in- house. In this role, you will partner closely with the Biostatistics, Statistical Programming and Data Management Business Leaders to develop recruitment strategies that deliver outstanding candidates and experiences across the entire span of a high-volume, full-cycle recruitment program. As a Senior Recruiter, a typical day might include the following:
Working independently to source, identify, qualify and deliver candidates for an assigned client group; including senior-level positions, using a variety of creative recruiting methods.
Partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify and clarify job specifications in order to effectively generate top quality candidates and develop recruitment strategies to support current hiring needs and future growth.
Establishing and building effective relationships across the business and within TA / HR as well as influencing best practice recruitment processes and strategies
Identifying, engaging with and creating pipelines of external talent who possess the relevant skills and experience to be considered potential candidates for future open positions
Managing candidate activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS); and engaging in direct sourcing / alternate recruiting methods to identify a diverse slate of candidates for your open requisitions.

You are looking to make a move from agency to inhouse recruitment. This position would be ideal for those recruiters who have market intelligence on competitors and are able to attract and close candidates.
You have the experience and self-motivation to run full-cycle recruitment processes for a high-volume of open requisitions
You use traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job boards, community networking events, social media, etc. to identify, engage and attract high-quality candidates.
You're adept at leveraging technology effectively, including Applicant Tracking Systems, specialized job boards / aggregators, LinkedIn Recruiter and enterprise HRIS systems.
You are proactive and have great time management skills
You have the ability to learn quickly and are constantly curious, seeking out new ways of working
You have excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to provide detailed, insightful updates to candidates, colleagues, and business partners.
You have proven problem-solving skills and the ability to act independently to resolve ambiguous situations
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have at minimum a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. At least 5 years' of experience in Recruiting / Talent Acquisition. Direct experience recruiting for Biostatistics or clinical data management is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are needed.
