Job Overview

The Client Partner for our MSP Division reports into our SVP of Global Sales. This role is responsible for working closely with our established MSP Operations Manager to support our valued clients and develop new client relationships. The individual in this position will need a strong sales drive, communication skills and an eagerness to improve processes and provide new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Create sales roadmap/vision for new client acquisition utilizing process, marketing, & technology
  • Build out MSP Client Portfolio for new clients & industries
  • Responsible for sales lifecycle for MSP clients
  • Bring best practices in house for MSP networking
  • Develop metrics & KPIs to measure sales progress & results
  • Identify and target new RFP opportunities exclusively for MSPs
  • Develop and submit Request for Proposals (RFPS) to new clients.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with existing MSP Program Managers
  • Establish and nurture relationships with existing end-client Procurement stakeholders that are responsible for the MSP program
  • Establish and nurture relationships with Supplier Diversity representatives in new clients.
  • Update client information and track meetings and progress in Customer Relationship Management system

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in business development for Managed Service Providers/Vendor Management Systems in the staffing industry.
  • Experience selling to procurement professionals and/or supplier diversity professionals
  • Understanding of various staffing company technologies; CRMs and job boards
  • Well-established connections with MSP staffing networks
  • Ability to think and act strategically with excellent delivery skills
  • Competitive spirit with the ability to collaborate internally to accomplish account goals
  • Resourceful self-starter with a high level of responsibility and personal accountability
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in Life Sciences highly preferred
