Talent Acquisition Coordinator - PVH Corp.
The TA Coordinator provides a high level of service and support to the TA/HR team. Works collaboratively with all of Human Resources in supporting divisional goals and business objectives across all groups.
- Partner with hiring managers to determine recruitment plan for open positions which includes reviewing/editing job descriptions, conducting interviews and/or working with the Talent Acquisition team, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
- Manage PVH Go to Program, work with Managers in selecting resources, notifying new hires of the details, and collecting quarterly survey information on the program
- Support the full cycle recruitment and hiring of temporary associates and entry level roles, which may include coordination with staffing agencies across various departments.
- Assist with reviewing and updating job descriptions.
- Manage special projects, programs and special tasks, including Take Your Children to Work Day, and the creation and coordination of special projects and programs.
- Research and respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
- Support creation of visually appealing Human Resources related decks and presentations.
Experience: 1-2 years of Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, and/or Human Resources experience
Education: BA/BS Degree. HR Certification desirable.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written) skills are required.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage a variety of tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills and positive attitude.
- Strongly proficient in MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook and especially PowerPoint is required.
- Knowledge of Workday recruiting software database.
- Knowledge of EEO/AA laws, FMLA regulations, employment law guidelines & policies is preferred.
- Self-starter, flexible analytical and independent thinker.
- Exercises sound judgement and problem solving skills.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
