• Ensure the integrity communication to managers, landlords and tenants working within the framework of the legislation
• Processing all leases & agreements s and ensuring the information is impeccable
• Keeping record of the statistics to keep our team and business on track to meet our goals
• Updating our quality assurance procedures to enable and maintain a high standard of service
• Maintaining the trust accounts and ensuring rents are allocated correctly and landlords paid on time

And that's just scratching the surface.
