As an Administrative Assistant, you will work within our Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team located in Cherry Hill, Camden County NJ.

The program is seeking a very friendly and customer service -oriented professional who possess excellent communication skills. The incumbent must demonstrate flexibility within the working environment and have the ability to lift 25lbs when needed.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm; 30 min unpaid lunch

Responsibilities:

* Receptionist duties including front desk greeting
* Answering and Triaging Calls, conducting follow up calls and responding to voicemails
* Running reports, creating and managing spreadsheets
* Data Entry
* Managing mail, typing letters or correspondence
* Petty Cash tracking and reimbursement
* Coordination of housing subsidy and payee information including preparation of information needed
* Prepares for and attends scheduled meetings and keeps minutes/agendas
* Coordinate transportation for consumers
* Filing and Scanning
* Provision of administrative support to the team and management
* Schedule and calendar management
* Completion of tasks or projects as directed by supervisor

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent;
* Valid Driver's License;
* Experience working with Microsoft programs;
* Previous administrative experience preferred.
