Job description

Fink Organization, LLC is a vertically integrated company that flips houses and purchases residential real estate for investment purposes. The assistant role will assist our CEO in day to day functions of the business. Excellent opportunity to learn the real estate investment business from a company that has grown substantially but started just two years ago.

Qualifications:

  • Valid drivers license and vehicle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Talent for quick problem solving
  • Strong desire to learn about real estate investing
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Construction knowledge preferred but not required
  • Ability to work Monday - Saturday

Responsibilities:

  • On-site assistance of management of residential flips and buy and hold properties
  • Communicating with various townships regarding permits, certificates of occupancy, etc.
  • Communicating with subcontractors regarding construction budgets, scopes of work and project management
  • Entering information into Quickbooks and receipt management
  • Helping identify new investment and flip opportunities (bonuses available)
  • Helping build the company's online presence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
