Recruiter

Catapult Learning, a division of FullBloom, is in search of a Full-Time Recruiter to support sourcing, screening, and onboarding of teachers and specialized staff in the Greater New Jersey region. This role is temporary for 4-6 weeks with potential to extend. Recruiter will work in our Clifton, NJ office.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source for candidates to build a strong pipeline of staff using a variety of methods.
• Effectively utilize our applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools.
• Screen candidates through email, phone, or video screenings.
• Promote benefits of working for company
• Ensure a high-quality recruitment and onboarding experience for all candidates.
• Support with new hire clearance collection and review.
• Send offer letters and complete I-9s for new hires.
• Collaborate with Regional Supervisors and Directors and respond to their staffing needs and provide regular updates
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• At ease with Office 365 and on-line platforms
• Strong inter-personal skills
• Ability to take lead and work independently
