Job description
Kelly Services is hiring a **Recruiter** for our customer in Cranbury, NJ!! You will recruit and select candidates for consideration, working closely with key stakeholders to plan, coordinate and implement a recruiting strategy to acquire top talent.

Part Time: 20-25 hours per week/3 Days onsite and 2 days remote
Duties and Responsibilities
+ Full cycle recruiting
+ Recruit hourly, non-exempt hires for multiple roles and functions
+ Source and thoroughly evaluate candidates; check personal qualifications against job requirements
+ Develop relationships with hiring managers to establish recruitment profiles
+ Qualify candidates through behavioral interview techniques, skills assessments, and background checks
+ Provide an aggressive hiring plan; build confidence and credibility with hiring managers; present candidate synopsis and recommendations to hiring managers.
+ Coordinate on-site interviews; conduct, analyze, and discuss reference checks with hiring managers.
+ Finalize offers to candidates; coordinate on-boarding
+ Use and maintain applicant tracking system; EEO compliance tracking.
+ Special projects when necessary.
Position Qualifications
+ 2-4 years of recruiting experience, with measurable results showing quality hires
+ Must possess excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills with a "can do" attitude and desire to excel; strong presentation skills.
+ Strong organizational, analytical skills, and problem solving ability
+ Sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration is key
+ Ability to prioritize when presented with multiple 'top priority' situations
+ Ability to represent the company as an employer of choice; to extend the brand in the marketplace and to share the culture and opportunity in everything you do
+ Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other applications
+ Familiarity with Workday applicant tracking system a plus
