Job Functions:

  • Handle full cycle recruiting.
  • Support our customers facilities in the Central NJ area.
  • Manage the onboarding process for hired talent.
  • Mentor, counseling, and following up with employees.


Desired qualifications include:

  • Proficient in Spanish.
  • Fantastic communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
