What You'll Do:

  • Act as the Business partner and FP&A lead for companywide multi-year special projects, including Digital/Ecommerce Transformation and the SAP implementation
  • Completely own these initiatives from a finance standpoint, including working/coordinating with the cross functional leads as well as Senior Leadership on business case support, budgeting, and other analyses related to these initiatives
  • Track and manage all costs related to these projects, including developing budgets, updating forecasts, and supporting the close process
  • Partner with external reporting and accounting to ensure that the costs are appropriately reflected in each brand; develop methodologies and processes to allocate costs accordingly
  • Future state business partner support/lead for Capri Ecommerce and Capri Analytics organizations as well as other potential Capri organizations
  • Support procurement on any vendor related cost analysis/requests
  • Support any additional Transformation related initiatives such as functional consolidation and Shared Services under Corporate Capri, partnering with the regions/brands globally to lift and shift both the budgets/forecast, as well as ongoing support
  • Prepare various ad hoc analyses and support for projects for the Corporate FP&A department


You'll Need to Have:

  • B.S. Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 7 years work experience in a fast-paced environment in an analytical capacity, retail experience preferred
  • Strong base knowledge of accounting, finance, and operations
  • Strong Excel skills
