Job description

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate will be a motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys stewarding tasks and projects to completion and on deadline. We are seeking someone who thrives on partnering with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience and is always looking for opportunities for process improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day-to-day operations management and supervision of all Client Service Associates and Operations Associates
  • Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
  • Train team members and monitor progress towards goals though both one-on-one and team meetings
  • Serve as the primary internal resource for escalation of operational issues
  • Support critical trading operations
  • Assist with the management of performance reporting, trading, contact and document management systems
  • Assist with maintaining internal analyses of asset growth and other KPIs that demonstrate business success
  • Assist with the day-to-day management of the firm's compliance program
  • Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed


ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
  • 5-10 years' experience in the financial services industry, preferably within a client-facing wealth management firm
  • 5+ years' experience in management, operations, and leadership
  • College degree preferred
  • Demonstrated history of identifying and streamlining operational inefficiencies to improve productivity and stakeholder experience
  • Comfort working with multiple groups within business
  • Enjoy creating, implementing and documenting procedures to ensure firmwide consistency and process excellence
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining calm and control
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with Fidelity advisor platform
  • Experience with trading/CRM and performance reporting technological platforms like Tamarac
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience transitioning from paper to electronic/automation
