Job description

The Professional Recruiter is a critical player in a Professional Staffing office. The primary emphasis is Business Development and Sales, continuous recruiting to the candidate matrix, and filling job orders with a high degree of urgency, accuracy, and profitability. Professional Recruiters are expected to build a strong matrix of fee eligible candidates in a variety of functions and be able to fill job orders quickly and efficiently daily. Strong phone and interpersonal skills are an essential part of this role. The Professional Recruiter will be interviewing candidates daily, filling job orders, attempting to find positions for the most qualified candidates. This requires the ability to use consultative selling techniques (communication skills, questioning and listening techniques, etc.) and the discipline of being persistent in making sales connects.

• Business development responsibilities
• Meet with a minimum of 2-3 clients on a weekly basis (virtual or in-person)
• Qualify and take a thorough job order
• Effectively use recruiting tools to source candidates
• Identify candidates for job orders or marketing opportunities
• Qualify candidates using a thorough interview process
• Meet 100% of the targeted weekly activity requirements
