Job description
We are seeking a Full Time Human Resources Associate.
The overall responsibility of the HR Associate is to provide clerical and administrative support to the department.
This will be done by utilizing typing and data entry skills, prepare writing material, personal interaction meetings, maintaining records and resources, scanning, filing, telephone interaction, collating, copying and materials preparation, maintaining and distribution. EOE
Prior experience working in Human Resources preferred. HS Diploma/GED, driver's license & car required.

RESPONSIBILITIES *
Provide end-to-end clerical and administrative support to the HR Department
Maintain HR databases, including, but not limited to, the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), in a timely, consistent, and appropriate manner
Be familiar with HRIS and Stratustime
Maintain personnel files per CAU policy consistent with licensing and legislative requirements
Maintain and follow up on all employment-related criteria (i.e., driver's licenses, motor vehicle insurance and registration, driving abstracts, mantoux tests, etc.) for staff
Complete requests for employment verification in a timely manner
Create special reports in HR systems as needed
Conduct filing and scanning of necessary materials
Maintain all HR-related supplies, forms, and other related materials
Provide support for agency staff meetings and events as necessary
Complete typing and copying assignments
Maintain appropriate Human Resources relations and responsibilities
Assist in licensing preparation and remediation
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Willing and able to attend required trainings outside of normal work hours
Highly organized and self-motivated
Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Prior experience working in a Human Resources
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver's license
Access to a car to use for work purposes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.25 per hour
