Human Resources Manager
Honeydew Cosmetics
Farmingdale, New Jersey
The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices
Responsibilities
● -Recruit, interview, hire, and train new employees
● -Coordinate with temp agencies to supplement seasonal staffing requirements as needed
● -Manage performance evaluations
● -Oversee investigations, disciplinary meetings, and terminations
● -Organize and process payroll
● -Collaborate with department managers to provide guidance and support in navigating issues, as well as ensure staffing needs are met in each department
● -Manage compensation incentive programs
● -Coordinate with PEO (Trinet) to ensure we maintain compliance with all current state and federal regulations
● Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
● Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
● Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
