Job description

Duties

  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Solve complex problems and/or conduct complex analysis
  • Should have knowledge of agile delivery models/environment
  • Analyzes current or potential business processes and reviews existing information systems to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Performs detailed analysis and evaluations on current/future state and documents conclusions and recommendations
  • Works with different departments throughout product/life cycle to ensure project dates are met and ensures timely completion of deliverables
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Detailed oriented and analytical with good organizational skills and time management skills
  • Advanced technical skills and excellent documentation skills
  • Able to use independent judgment in identifying the root cause of problems, and developing solutions
  • Able to pick up technical things quickly; is good at learning new industry, company, product, or technical knowledge
  • Proven ability to generate various reports for management teams
  • 3 years of Industry experience in report development, data science or business analytics
  • Able to work with minimal guidance and seek guidance on only complex tasks
  • Collaboration skills in a team environment


  • Preferred

    • Strong knowledge of SQL. Must have the ability to write complex queries across large volumes of data
    • Experience with Tableau or equivalency to create impactful reports, visualizations, and interactive dashboards

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree required
