Job description
Job Summary:
The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing quality healthcare professionals, benefits, and leave. Complete necessary reference checks to ensure candidates meet required standards and enforcing company policies and practices.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
· Ensure legal compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
· Maintains knowledge of trends, current laws, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources.
· Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
· Addressing any employment relations issues by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
· Maintain payroll and benefits program.
· Manage the on-and off- boarding procedures.
· Create a safe working environment.
· Performs other general office tasks as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to prioritize tasks
· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
· Track record of recruitment and HR administration (Ideally 3 years of experience)
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
