Job description

Primary Purpose and Function

The Human Resources Assistant will be a key contact for all administrative Human Resources functions for Kramer Beverage.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Perform the day to day administrative tasks of the HR Department including filing, copying, data entry.
  • Maintaining organized employee and other files in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Administration of Cobra and FMLA.
  • Administration of recruiting processes
  • New Hire orientations and processing
  • Benefit administration
  • Embrace The Kramer Beverage Formula of Success.
  • Perform other related duties as required

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Must be a strong multi-tasker, able to juggle multiple deadlines and changing priorities
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Understanding of the strict need for confidentiality
  • Flexibility and openness to varying duties
  • Experience in recruiting administration a plus
  • Any knowledge of ADP or other HRIS systems is a plus

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Human Resources
  • 1-3 years of experience preferred
  • High School Diploma Required

Work Environment

This position operates exclusively in an office environment.
