Ability to interact and do business with prestigious advisory firms and high net worth clients in the middle market. The Opportunity:

Our offices are in Lawrenceville, NJ as we are actively recruiting a senior associate to join our Private Client Group. Our opportunities are offered on a flexible full-time basis. In this role, you will lead projects related to forensic accounting & litigation matters. You will lead end-to-end projects with the opportunity to client face and deliver meaningful results. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams around the country to achieve results.

Your Responsibilities:

• Leading end-to-end projects related to business valuation and tax related matters.
• Effectively managing process with appropriate considerations of risk issues, accounting technical matters
• Engaging clients and providing advice and professionalism throughout transactions, including identifications of areas of improvement
• Constantly developing your understanding and current market trends and process and sharing your knowledge to develop junior associates.
• Understanding our clients unique ambitions and needs and referring them to colleagues in other teams and areas to broaden our business relationships
• Expertise in business valuation and tax related matters.

Skills & Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as an associate or senior associate delivering business valuation and tax related projects.
• Hands on experience leading the planning, execution and reporting of all related matters.
• Proven track record with developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a collaborative approach to managements
• A strong academic record, including a bachelor's or Master's degree highly preferred in Accounting or related fields.
• Ideally you will also have hands on experience with asset tracing, lifestyle analysis, G/L reviews and in progress to complete your CPA
