Sales Compensation Analyst Role

This Sales Compensation Analyst role will provide support, enhance and automate end-to-end processes required for the global sales incentive compensation, and support the global sales team as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong Financial / Sales Compensation background, and must be able to handle a rapid-pacing and ever changing global environment.

You'll be working alongside talented IT, Sales and Operations professionals on a global scale, assisting in the enhancement of our Sales Compensation processes, reporting tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities:

System Analyst responsibilities:

Support the design, implementation and enhancement of enterprise-wide applications to support the Sales Compensation Processes.

Work with internal resources (managers, key users, cross functional teams, etc.) to understand and prioritize needs and requirements that will support Sales Compensation and Business interfacing applications.

Business Analyst responsibilities:

Responsibility for a strategic unit within the organization. The Analyst will understand the data structure of the unit, the compensation plans, and the results.

The Analyst needs to be able to build meaningful relationship with main stakeholders within their unit.

Ideal Candidates will have:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience as Sales Compensation / Commission, Financial or System Analyst, or similar
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Preferable exposure to a leading Sales Compensation system - Callidus, Xactly, NICE ICM or similar
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation and willingness to learn
