Job Description:
The Institutional Credit Management Post Approval Business Analyst in charge of cross functional projects supporting the end to end Lifecyle for facility (lines of credit) management, collateral, documentation, support and booking, will be responsible for supporting of initiatives in the post approval (Credit maintenance) book of work and related workflow tools, and their transition to the target state infrastructure. The Business Analyst will work under the leadership of Post Approval Senior Analyst/Lead, ensure appropriate governance and project management is applied to the book of work, and that the solutions comply to the that the regulatory requirements and expected timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the book of work for post approval credit management tools
- Support the transformational efforts in the post-approval tools employed in the infrastructure
- Manage key business relationships effectively, including managing expectations about delivery timelines.
- Work with stakeholders to Implement changes in processes and policy across the businesses. Provide training required to the users to ensure that the system functionality is used effectively.
- Work with all levels of business and technology users to ensure that all project participants have been identified and are engaged in the effort.
- Lead process enhancements efforts engaging where appropriately the Transformation teams
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable 5-7 years of experience in in similar roles (desirable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Excel (metrics and data analysis), PowerPoint (presentation decks), and Word (writing and editing procedural and technical documentation).
- Expertise of lending and credit process, and data quality/quality controls processes
- Knowledge of credit source systems and reporting systems (desirable)
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and work well and play a team focused role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills necessary. Must be comfortable providing updates on consistent basis.
- Demonstrate financial and risk reporting knowledge as well as experience from the business and/or technical area desired.
- Project management knowledge (Agile Methodology, desired) and experience working with diverse group of stakeholders to achieve milestones and deadlines and capability to handle multiple projects at one time.
- Experience in interacting across multiple teams
- Able to define the agenda / material for senior stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Team management skills
- Creative problem-solving skills; ability to see the big pictures with high attention to critical details (Think out of the box)
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization and across different geographic locations
- Range of experience demonstrating flexibility in skillset and approach
Education:
- Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
