EisnerAmper LLP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing National Talent Acquisition team. This role is able to sit in our Iselin, NJ, or Philadelphia, PA offices upon return.

Due to current COVID-19 safety measures, colleagues can work from home. Once it is safe to resume standard practices of commuter travel and social interaction per state guidelines, we expect colleagues to maintain an office presence as required by projects needs and department leadership.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to schedule a high volume of virtual/on-site interviews for various departments across multiple locations both regionally and globally
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, universities, hiring managers and interviewers throughout the hiring process
  • Support the full life cycle of recruitment through hiring to include planning, coordination, execution of virtual and in-person recruiting events, on-boarding, engagement, and off-boarding activities
  • Apply an analytical approach to the role - leverage data and trends to inform recruiting decisions and strategic tactics
  • Support the building and implementation of our brand strategy , create and maintain innovative candidate communications, educational resources, and marketing materials


Basic Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition supporting experienced and/or campus hiring or equivalent internships
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent


Skills/Knowledge Preferred:
  • Attitude of hospitality
  • Excellent organization skills - this role will be working on multiple projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Applicant Tracking System experience is a plus.
