Job description
Bachelor's Degree, certification as a Green Belt Process Engineer or equivalent qualification.
Strong knowledge of machine learning, robotics, bpm and other newer automation centric technologies. Prior RTE experience in a global company and familiarity with WorkFusion platform is a plus. Project Management certification and Agile experience
4 - 6 years business process engineering/business analysis experience in financial services
Solid experience in working in global environment, multi-discipline, matrix structure team fostering collaboration and teamwork. Business and System Analysis and Information System solution delivery experience. Business Value Chain and Opportunity assessment techniques and experience
Key Responsibilities
- Create a holistic strategy for driving adoption, for their Region | LoB, including employee education, to building communities of practice, to sustaining the methodologies and continually offering strategies for improvement
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities accompanied with tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
- Utilize change management principles, processes, and tools to focus on driving financial and operational results for the firm and role changes
- Support communication efforts through the design, development, delivery and management of communications
- Assess stakeholder impacts and organizational readiness by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders
- Recommend and/or implement communication, training and measuring effectiveness to enhance organization, group or individual performance
- Support training efforts by providing input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
- Consult and coach managers and supervisors to identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Support change management at the organizational level through the definition and measurement of success metrics and monitoring change progress
- Facilitate changes in organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
- Develop on-going governance for communications and change management

- Five plus years leadership experience leading change in a highly matrixed organization
- Ability to drive and inspire change, and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with and present to a variety of audiences including Senior Management and associates, often most impacted by change
- Experienced partner, known for building relationships, influencing and successful agreement with senior level executives; build credibility, and work effectively with global matrix groups fostering collaboration and teamwork
- A broad business unit view and understanding of strategy, processes, and capabilities, enabling technologies and governance
- Team player and influencer, able to collaborate effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.
- Curious to learn the nuances of an area, creating internal partnerships, fostering collaboration, and recommending strategies in support of IPA adoption
- Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience Organizational Development, Communications, Business or Information Technology preferred
- Change management certification preferred
