As a Compensation Manager, you will participate in the design, development and implementation of compensation-related projects and ongoing processes in support of business goals. The Compensation Manager provides data analytics, data management and reporting support to the Total Rewards/HR leadership team on all core compensation processes. Owns job structure/management, salary ranges, market data surveys, as well as key components of yearend process.
YourResponsibilities :
- Provides comprehensive compensation support and solutions including offers, data analysis, job evaluation, and market assessment, etc. to designated client groups,
- Supports the global market data survey process, from data submission to analytics and reporting.
- Supports job structure/management and salary ranges, conducting review and analysis to ensure integrity of the job architecture and in support of update as needed.
- Performs and documents market trend research including development of salary increase budgets, promotion/adjustment budgets, etc.
- Partners closely with other compensation team members to deliver yearend process including market data, salary review, incentive payout, employee communications and other related yearend activities.
- Partners with other Compensation team members on implementation of core processes.
- Participates in development and delivery of compensation-related communications (memos, training sessions, etc.).
- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately as needed.

Talents Needed for Success
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, business or related field preferred - or equivalent experience.
- CCP Designation and other HR certifications desirable.
- Knowledge of global compensation practices and program components (base pay, incentive and additional reward programs)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a high level of proficiency in Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multi-task, operate under tight timelines, and deliver with speed and accuracy
- Strong grasp of financial information.
- Ability to analyze and interpret business performance metrics.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to identify and solve issues
