Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Financial Manager. This Financial Manager role is a long-term (1 year) temporary opportunity!

The Financial Manager role requires candidates to be the key analytic resource supporting budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial analysis and business case development to help the business achieve its goals. within an Office environment. Responsibilities for the Financial Manager role include but are not limited to:
  • Manages the financial planning & analysis process for the technology integration project including preparation of financial plans, periodic forecasts, and monthly variance analysis of actuals compared to plan and forecasts
  • Participates in monthly closing process and provides analytical insight into budget variances and operational performance.
  • Reviews and analyses all invoicing related to the transition services agreement
  • Completes financial analysis assignments, determines approach, and develops and evaluates assumptions regarding financial and operational variables to provide recommendations to senior management
  • Utilizes financial and operational systems to retrieve and analyse data, perform research and interprets findings that have financial impact, and draws appropriate conclusions to support business decisions.
  • Reviews and approves procedures and processes to ensure integrity of financial data in analyses and reports.
  • Conducts regular financial reviews with business partners to communicate financial performance and key business issues and provides valuable insight to help business achieve financial goals.
  • Provides ad-hoc analyses to support decision making and propose recommendations
  • Responsible for identification, investigation and resolution of complex financial problems requiring technical expertise.
  • Provides quality customer service to clients as well as ensures promotion of service-oriented approach.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the Financial Manager role:
  • Prior Financial Services and/or Banking experience.
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Problem Solving
  • Data Entry
